Refund Policy

To me, client satisfaction is central to my approach. Each shoot is planned with intention, time, and resource commitment. 

However, I understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the procedures for handling refunds and cancellations for photography bookings.

1. Advance Payment

To confirm any booking, a non-refundable advance is required. This advance secures your shoot date and covers initial planning and consultation time.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you cancel your booking:

  • More than 7 days before the shoot: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance paid.
  • Less than 7 days before the shoot: No refund will be provided.

Note: This is to compensate for the lost opportunity to rebook your slot.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule:

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost, subject to availability.
  • For any additional changes, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Please inform at least 5 days in advance if you need to shift your shoot date.

4. Cancellation by Photographer

In the extremely rare case that I’m forced to cancel due to emergencies, illness, or circumstances beyond my control:

  • You will receive a 100% refund, or
  • We can reschedule the shoot at your convenience, with priority booking.

5. Shoot Day Terms

  • If the client fails to show up or is uncooperative on the shoot day, the shoot is considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
  • Delays caused by the client may reduce the total coverage time.

6. Post-Shoot Refunds

Refunds are not applicable once:

  • The shoot has been completed, and/or
  • Deliverables (photos or videos) have been shared.

In case of technical failure (corrupt files, major missed moments), I will offer retouching, reshoot options, or a partial refund based on the scope.
